While the glow of the menorah is the most sacred, these candles provide a light to the room as well.  Colourful dreidels are fun in rec rooms or on the "kids table" during dinner.
 
In my blended home, we celebrated both Hanukkah and Christmas. I Learned much from both but found the similarities the best. Both celebrate love, family, food and sharing.
